The body knows! with Aleksandra Bożek-Muszyńska Free Workshop
The body knows! movement improvisation workshop with Aleksandra Bożek-Muszyńska.(Poland)
FREE and open to all interested in movement improvisation
An assumption of this workshop is that our body knows how it wants and likes to communicate. Everything that you need to start to move is already there, you just have to notice it. What we’re going to do is, through various simple physical tasks, create the right conditions to set your body free and let it speak. We will give it a voice and let it be even more visible. We will try different ways of moving and release the joy that lies in it.
Instead of learning steps, we will focus on individual expression and the activities will be both physically engaging, as well as stimulating the imagination and your creativity.
I invite everyone who, like me, is looking for joy and pleasure in a movement to join me!
