An assumption of this workshop is that our body knows how it wants and likes to communicate. Everything that you need to start to move is already there, you just have to notice it. What we’re going to do is, through various simple physical tasks, create the right conditions to set your body free and let it speak. We will give it a voice and let it be even more visible. We will try different ways of moving and release the joy that lies in it.
Instead of learning steps, we will focus on individual expression and the activities will be both physically engaging, as well as stimulating the imagination and your creativity.
I invite everyone who, like me, is looking for joy and pleasure in a movement to join me!

BIO:
I am a Poland based dancer, choreographer, performer, contemporary dance instructor, business coach, Interpreter, participant of many workshops and coachings, scholarship holder of Alternative Dance Academy 2015 (full), 2016 and 2017 by Art Stations Foundation by Grażyna Kulczyk and Intensive Course at School For New Dance Development in Amsterdam in 2015. Since 2007 I have been associated with Anna Piotrowska Theater Mufmi, where i am currently the artistic coordinator and instructor. Over the last few years, I have realized over 10 my own projects, mostly solo performances. Many of them have been awarded at choreographic and dance competitions in Poland and abroad (e.g. The Best Solo
2014 for solo I know №Thing at the Solo & Duo International Festival in Budapest; few prizes at the „3,2,1…DANCE” choreographic contest in 2013, 2014 and 2015 in Cracow, Poland or
3rd prize at Theatrical Festival Sopockie Konsekwencje Teatralne 2018, Sopot, Poland). As a freelancer I have been cooperated with: Rebecca Lazier (There Might Be Others), Anna Godowska and Sławek Krawczyński (Bataille and the dawn of new days), Yoshiko Chuma (pi 3.14…Dead end Ponderosa), „Appendix” foundation (Before It Made Us Wild) and „Strefa Wolnosłowa” foundation (Narysowałam więcej, niż tu widać; Gdybyśmy byli kotami, nikt by
nas nie zatrzymał). In 2017 together with Hanna Bylka-Kanecka we have founded Holobiont collective, The collective’s scope of interest are interdisciplinary and multi-generational projects (performances for kids and parents: DOoKOŁA/roundABOUT, Moonland,
